2026 COMPLIMENTARY WEDDING FILM PROMOTION TERMS

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE AN APPLICATION’S SELECTION.

SECTION 1: SPONSOR

This promotion is offered by Love in Reel Time Films (“Sponsor”). Questions may be directed to connect@loveinreeltimefilms.com.

SECTION 2: APPLICATION PERIOD AND AVAILABLE DATES

Applications are open now through December 13, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Eligible weddings must take place in New Jersey between now and December 18, 2026, subject to Sponsor’s availability.

Couples with weekday weddings during the eligible period are also welcome to apply. Weekday availability will be confirmed individually.

Dates remain subject to availability and are not reserved by submitting an application. Applications must be received before the wedding and allow sufficient time for communication, vendor coordination and completion of the required agreements.

SECTION 3: ELIGIBILITY

Applicants, nominators and both members of the nominated couple must be at least 18. There is no residency requirement, but the wedding must take place at a confirmed New Jersey venue during the eligible period.

Sponsor’s employees and members of their households are ineligible.

One application per wedding. Multiple nominations for the same wedding will be combined and will not improve selection.

SECTION 4: HOW TO APPLY

Submit the application on this page during the application period. Applications may be submitted by either partner or by a friend or family member.

An Instagram or Facebook comment, follow, like, share or direct message is not an application and does not improve selection. No social-media account is required to apply.

Nominators do not receive the complimentary service or any cash reward.

SECTION 5: SELECTION

Three couples will be selected through application review, not a random drawing. Three experiences are available in total across all promotional posts and application sources.

Eligible applications will be evaluated using these criteria:

• Couple’s story and response to the application: 40%.
• Ability to capture and premiere a cohesive film within the included coverage and event schedule: 40%.
• Variety the celebration would contribute to the launch portfolio, such as setting, event format and storytelling opportunities: 20%.

Date availability, couple approval, promotional-use consent and vendor compatibility are eligibility requirements. Ties will be resolved using the higher storytelling score, followed by the higher production-feasibility score.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Selections will be made before the applicable wedding date and no later than December 13, 2026, whichever occurs first.

If fewer than three applications meet the published requirements, fewer than three experiences may be awarded.

SECTION 6: INCLUDED EXPERIENCE

Each selected couple will receive:

• Up to four consecutive hours of coverage by one cinematographer.
• One approximately three-minute Reel Time Film, edited on-site.
• An on-site reception premiere.
• Complimentary HD display and audio support when needed and permitted by the venue.
• A digital copy delivered within three business days following the wedding.

Approximate retail value: $1,500 per experience; $4,500 in total.

A longer wedding film, raw footage, social reels, additional coverage and other services are excluded unless expressly listed in the signed agreement. No upgrade or purchase is required. The experience has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred to another couple or event.

SECTION 7: COUPLE APPROVAL AND VENDOR COORDINATION

This experience cannot be a surprise. Both partners must approve participation, communicate directly with Sponsor and sign a service agreement and promotional release before the booking is confirmed.

Sponsor must be able to coordinate with the venue, planner, photography and videography teams, entertainment and other relevant vendors. Participation must not violate another vendor’s contract or venue restrictions. Applicants are not required to cancel an existing vendor.

A nomination alone does not authorize Sponsor to attend or film the wedding.

SECTION 8: NOTIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION

Potential recipients will be contacted by email and, if a phone number has been provided, text message. They must respond within five calendar days of notification.

Selection is conditional until eligibility, availability, required permissions and signed agreements are confirmed. All confirmation steps must be completed before the wedding. If insufficient time remains, the experience cannot be confirmed.

A declined or unconfirmed experience may be offered to the next eligible applicant under the same selection criteria.

Sponsor will never require a payment, deposit or upgrade to claim the included experience.

SECTION 9: FILMING AND PROMOTIONAL USE

Building Sponsor’s portfolio is a condition of this complimentary opportunity. Both partners must sign a release permitting use of their likenesses, voices, wedding film and selected footage in Sponsor’s portfolio, website, social media and advertising without further compensation.

A nominator cannot grant these permissions for the couple. The couple’s release does not automatically provide permission on behalf of guests, minors or vendors. Additional permissions will be obtained where required.

SECTION 10: EVENT CHANGES AND PERFORMANCE

Coverage, premiere timing and technical arrangements will be confirmed in the service agreement. The film will generally be targeted for the final hour of the reception.

Postponement or a change of venue is subject to continued eligibility and Sponsor’s availability.

Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues. If the on-site premiere cannot take place, the film will be delivered digitally within three business days following the wedding, subject to the signed agreement and circumstances beyond reasonable control.

For delivery purposes, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

SECTION 11: APPLICATION INFORMATION

Information submitted will be used to review applications, contact applicants by email or text, verify eligibility and coordinate selected celebrations. Information may be shared with service providers and participating vendors only as reasonably necessary to administer the promotion and provide the experience.

Applying does not automatically subscribe anyone to ongoing marketing. Nominators should not submit another person’s private contact information without permission.

SECTION 12: INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each applicant releases Instagram and Facebook from liability arising from participation in this promotion. Information is provided to Sponsor, not to Instagram or Facebook.

SECTION 13: ADMINISTRATION

Incomplete, fraudulent or ineligible applications may be disqualified. Sponsor may make changes reasonably necessary to address fraud, technical failure or circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable law and notice on this page.

Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot legally be waived. This promotion is governed by applicable New Jersey and federal law and is void where prohibited.
